Elsősorban a mozgató-szervrendszer visszafordítható problémáira irányuló, kézzel végzett vizsgáló és kezelő fogásokat alkalmaz.
Manual therapy is concerned with the focuspoint of the pain and the fascial structure (joint, muscle, fascial and nerval formula), what is responsible for functional damages. Through a really deepgoing, full-body examination, the therapist lines up a functional daignosis, which has already been compared with other extant medical imaging. Based on the diagnosis, a personalized treatment plan could be formed by the therapists. They can pick from their wide toolbox of techniques, the ones which is the most appropriate for the given functional position. It can orient the moving joints, the muscular traction, the normalization of muscle functioning, the fascial relaxation or neural tension etc. The first examination and treatment happens in comfortable underwear and lasts about 1,5 hour. Further treatments last approximately 50 minutes.

It is recommended in case of:
- different joint gout, restraints
- muscular pain
- spine’s degenerative mutations „ vertebra calcification”which can lead to neck, back or torso complaints
- hip-knee joint abrasion
- pain or restraints around the shoulders
- spinal disc hernitation (jugular, lumbar)
- arm numbness
leg numbness
pain radiating into limbs
- headache
- medical checked-up dizziness or tinnitus
- emerged compensations after breakages, injuries
A kezelés után a páciens minden esetben egyénre szabott házi feladatot kap. Ez lehet izomerősítő, izom nyújtó, vagy autómobilizációs gyakorlat.
A házi feladat a terápia elengedhetetlen része, azt a célt szolgálja, hogy a kezelt struktúrák megmaradjanak a jó helyzetben, az izomegyensúly az ízületek körül helyre álljon, ezáltal a következő kezelések alkalmával könnyebben, és gyorsabban engednek majd, a még diszfunkcióban lévő szövetek.
A törvények szerint ma Magyarországon manuálterápiát csak orvos és gyógytornász végezhet.
